SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your order payment is confirmed, we will dispatch your item within 5 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Gold Coast warehouse or designated place by manufacturer.
When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:
-Australia Post (or other)
Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse or internationally. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.
All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Popsherlock collectibles within 10 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.
